| Our central location on the Bruce Peninsula will have you close to many things. You could spend a day or several days hiking the famous "Bruce Trail" along Georgian Bay, enjoying the majestic limestone cliffs and beautiful clear water. This coast line is part of the Niagara Escarpment, designated by the UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. Georgian Bay is also a haven for scuba divers who come to Fathom Five National Marine Park. The Bruce Peninsula National Park has displays, guided nature hikes and day-use of their facilities available to all. Also in the area is golf, horseback riding, gift shops, scenic drives, harbours, lighthouses and boat cruises to Flower Pot Island within the National Marine Park, and from Tobermory to Manitoulin island aboard the ferry M.S. Chi-Cheemaun. The Lake Huron side of the Peninsula offers nice sand beaches and fabulous sunsets. |
