Fishing & Boat Rentals

A warm inland lake about 5 kilometers long and 1.5 kilometers wide, Miller Lake is rarely too rough for fishing or playing. It also offers enough breeze to stay cool or go sailing or windsurfing!

Large & Small mouth bass, pickerel, northern pike, perch, rock bass and sunfish all swim here, just waiting for the right bait.

Stay with us in the spring or fall and get a two day boat rental for the price of one. We also have other special discounts from mid-May up to the last weekend in June and from Labour Day to Thanksgiving.

Rent one of our boats and check out the lake!

astronomy

Miller’s Family Camp is located in a Dark Sky Community. Dark-Sky Communities are protected areas that make a special commitment to protect and preserve the night, reducing or eliminating light pollution in all forms.

We have some of the darkest skies in southern Ontario. This is a place where the Milky Way blankets the sky from horizon to horizon and where the natural rhythm of darkness and light is preserved, creating healthy habitats for wildlife and people alike.

Stay with us and see the stars at night. Either at your campsite or cottage or in our large grassy field. Bring your telescope, binoculars or just use your eyes! Check out the constellations or planets or look at the moon.

The Perseids Meteor Shower occurs around the middle of August every year.
